Tentu Teguh Sdn Bhd (TTSB) , a wholly-own subsidiary of United Malayan Land Bhd (UMLand) hold a ground breaking ceremony for its modern integrated township development of Taman Seri Albion here today.
Their first phase project "Dover Business Park" consists of 89 units of Terrace, Cluster and Semi-Detached Factories with built-up size from 3,276 sqft to 14,532 sqft comes with estimated pricing start from RM300 PSF with estimation GDV of RM 178 million.
"Dover Business Park" owns a special feature and located strategically near the main access point and port and also offers a gated and guarded security. It is also equipped with recreation facility and lush landscaped, abundant parking space and high speed internet coverage.The ceremony was officiated by Yang Amat Berhormat Dato' Mohamed Khaled Nordin, Chief Minister of Johor and he is also the Pasir Gudang Parliamentary Members.Chief Executive Officer of UMLand Group, Charlie Chia said in his speech, "For everyone info, Taman Seri Albion is our third township in Iskandar Malaysia and also the fourth in Malaysia. "We expect the development will generate an investment of RM3.5 billion which indirectly will create an estimated of 12,100 work opportunity. It will be able to motivate the development of macro and micro economy in 'Flagship D' of Iskandar Malaysia that relates to air, water and land transportation hub for Iskandar Malaysia and also Singapore".
He continues "The strategic location along the Senai-Desaru Expressway and also the easy connectivity via the Coastal Highway and Kong Kong Road, only a distance within Tanjong Langsat and Pasir Gudang Port. What make it more interesting is, the area is also directly connected with Senai International Airport and only few minutes from Pasir Gudang Industrial Park with a ready catchment of 100,000".

At the ceremony, a Memorandum of Understanding was sealed between Tentu Teguh Sdn Bhd and Fiber at Home City Networks Sdn Bhd where the agreement will make Taman Seri Albion being the first Township in Johor that will be equipped with high-speed broadband with an ultra speed connection that can be upgraded until 1GB.
